Leith Room Sublet Sept to Nov

I am looking to sublet my furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in Leith, Edinburgh from the 1st September to the 17th of November (these dates are somewhat flexible) while I visit family in the US. For council tax reasons, it would be ideal to have a non-student and/or a student willing to pay council tax which is around ~£84/month per person (split with the other non-student in the flat).

The apartment is spacious, well decorated/furnished, and located just off of Leith Walk, with plenty of bars, cafes, and thrift stores nearby. The vibe of the apartment is communal, calm, and clean, we cook and have kitchen chats but often enjoy time to ourselves. The other flatmates are in their late 20s early 30s, one a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh and the other working in hospitality.

As a queer, BIPOC, and pro-Palestine flat we care deeply about our communities and would expect the incoming person to as well.
