Leith Room Available from 1 Dec

I am looking for someone to take my place in a furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in Leith, Edinburgh from 1 December 2026. For council tax reasons, it would be ideal to have a student or a non-student willing to pay the full council tax (the other two residents are students).

The apartment is spacious, well decorated/furnished, and located just off of Leith Walk, with plenty of bars, cafes, and thrift stores nearby. The vibe of the apartment is communal, calm, and very clean, we cook and have kitchen chats but often enjoy time to ourselves. The flat shares expenses, including cleaning supplies, food, etc and would like the incoming person to participate in this system. The other flatmates are in their early 30s, both PhD students at the University of Edinburgh. As a queer, BIPOC, and pro-Palestine flat we care deeply about our communities and would expect the incoming person to as well.
