Small room with a double bed in shared flat on Leith Walk. Two professionals, looking for a third flat mate who is lgtb friendly. It is a small relaxed flat. We don't have guests over often and whilst we are friendly and welcoming, we generally live our own independent lives. Ideally the new flat mate is working or engaged during general office hours (as one flat mate already works from home). The rent is £650 a month plus bills range from a low of £25 in the summer up to about £60 in mid winter.

Council tax is included in the price.
