Room available near the foot of leith

I have a room available near to the foot of leith, I might need the room in a few moths but it’s still a maybe so i would like to offer it for 4 months but perhaps it could be longer than that… we can talk about it…

The flat has two bathroom so one would be mostly yours, also the living room and kitchen are well equipped and you are welcome to use it all.

The room is 5m x 2.8m, it has the duvet, pillows, and the basic stuff you would need. ,
we also have private parking if it’s needed.

The are is well connected , we have a few tescos, Lidl, aldi and a few other shops near by, also connections with busses 10, 11, 14, 16, 21, 22, 25, 36, tram and others

This does not includes bills, however, it would be £150 maybe (without council tax, but we can also talk about it)
