I'm looking for a considerate, clean and respectful person to stay in my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Leith while I am away travelling in Asia for 3 months.

The room is a large furnished master bedroom (approximately 4.5m x 4m) with a comfortable king-size bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and armchair. It's a spacious and comfortable room that works equally well as a relaxing bedroom or a place to work from home.

The flat itself is modern, well maintained and fully equipped, with a modern kitchen, shared living room and a recently renovated bathroom with both a bath and shower. There is also a washing machine/dryer and broadband.

You'll be sharing the flat with Emil, a 32-year-old PhD student. He's social but also quiet, respectful and clean, and works from home around 50% of the time. We're looking for someone who is similarly considerate and tidy and who enjoys having a comfortable, relaxed home.

The location
The flat is ideally located in Leith, with the tram line just 2 minutes' walk away, providing easy access into Edinburgh city centre and a direct connection to Edinburgh Airport. The main train station is approximately 30 minutes' walk away, with bus and tram connections.

There are plenty of shops within a few minutes' walk, including:
Sainsbury's, Lidl, Aldi, Tesco

One of the things I love most about living here is the area itself. The Shore is close by, with lots of great bars, restaurants and cafés, as well as beautiful waterfront walks and architecture. It has a more relaxed atmosphere than central Edinburgh while still being very well connected to the city.

The preferred dates are 20 December 2026 to 1 April 2027, although there may be some flexibility around the exact dates for the right person.
