The tram line is also right on your doorstep connecting you to town and the airport really nicely. Multiple buses also run from Commercial Street and Great Junction Street (which is a 5 min walk away).

It’s a 7th floor flat but has lift access and a chute for rubbish. There is also a site manager for the running of the flats in the area plus a cleaner who cleans communal spaces.
