Hi :) we’re two male professionals in our 30s and 40s looking for a third flatmate who is LGBTQ+ friendly.
One of us works as a social worker on a shift pattern, while the other works in tech, with working hours of 8 am to 4 pm.

The flat has a relaxed atmosphere. We’re both friendly and welcoming, but generally enjoy our own space and live fairly independent lives. We don’t have guests over very often, so it’s a good fit for someone who appreciates a quiet, respectful home.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is working outside of the home or is engaged during general office hours.

Rent and bills:
* Rent: £650 per month
* Bills: Approximately £25 per month in summer, rising to around £60 in midwinter
* Council tax: Included in the rent

The flat is on the first floor in a vibrant part of Leith Walk. The location is great, with Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s all within a five-minute walk. There are also plenty of shops, bookshops, restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby.
There are several bus stops within a five-minute walk, and the Balfour Street tram stop is just across the street.

The flat has a kitchen, a spacious living room, a box room for storage, and a large bathroom with a shower.
The bedroom faces Leith Walk and gets direct sunlight in the mornings, helping to keep it warm and bright.
