Double bedroom in quiet flat - Leith

I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and independent flatmate to share my flat in Leith, Edinburgh.

The room is a comfortable double, and the flat offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Ideally, I’d like to find someone who enjoys having a chat or sharing the occasional coffee but is equally happy doing their own thing.

The flat comes with high-speed Wi-Fi and access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Sky Sports, all included.

Transport links are excellent, with the flat situated directly on the number 11 bus route and within easy reach of the 10, 7, 14 and 21 services.

A little about me: I’m a driving instructor with a keen interest in music production, photography, judo, cycling and skating. I keep fairly busy with work and studying, so home is somewhere I like to relax and unwind.

I’m looking for someone clean, reliable and respectful of shared spaces. It’s a quiet household rather than a party flat, although that doesn’t mean it has to be boring!

The flat is LGBTQ+ friendly, and people from all backgrounds are welcome. I’m also learning Italian, so an Italian-speaking flatmate would be a lovely bonus, although certainly not essential.

Rent includes bills.
