There is also allocated parking to the rear of the tenement. I don't drive so you would have exclusive use of this.
Ideally I am looking for a fellow young professional who is clean and tidy. Shared interests would be a bonus but not essential! The ideal tenant would not be a student for council tax reasons but this can be discussed. No pets - landlord's rules!
