Vibrant and sirene Leith nook FIXED TERM

Welcome to the Athens of the North and enjoy some grecoscottish hospitality. This room is ideal for professionals and students visiting Edinburgh for a fixed term and prefer a homey feel that won't drain their pocket. A valid subletting agreement will be provided.

My home is in Leith, an area that has remained an authentic neighborhood, vibrant and multicultural, in walking distance to some of Edinburgh's most distinct hot spots, with m excellent public transport connection (recently awarded as the best service in the world), with a great variety of restaurants, cafés, pubs, both affordable and high-dining, independent grocery shops and local independent businesses without missing on the convenience of super-market chains.

The spare room is a small yet bright and cozy room with a sofa bed & topper that feels as comfortable as a bed. The room has a large closed and space for suitcases above. Extra storage is available in the box room and the megadesk can be shared.

The flat features a large bathroom with shower over bath, a box room for storage with a washer-dryer laundry machine, a cosy living room with another sofa bed and an ergonomic kitchen. It is a second floor tenement flat with access to w well preserved, spacious backyard.

When in town, I spend most of my time at home, carefully set to accommodate self-care rituals, curiosity for books with a focus on the Arts and the History & Culture of Scotland. I spend time away and the periods I make available are predominantly periods I am absent.

The price reflects the actual costs of this flat which is not available for short lets.
