Double room in friendly 2 bed flat

Hi! My name is Naomi and I am the current resident looking to replace my flatmate moving out at the end of November. Sadly the cat in the photos is not included as he will also be moving out - he just wanted to be included.

I am a 26 year old professional working full time. I do shift work at a bakery so am out of the house for long hours with early starts. Because of this, another professional happy to respect each others space would be ideal! I like a cosy vibe with tea and tv in the evening but am always up for a pub trip!

Located right by The Shore in Leith with buses and trams to Princes Street within a 5 minute walk.

Furnished double room with double bed, wardrobe, and plenty of natural light. Two bedroom, one bathroom flat with a cosy shared living room and kitchen.
