Double room in huge all-female flat close to uni

We have a bright double room available in our huge flat overlooking the Meadows a short walk from the university and from Tollcross..

The flat is on two levels and has a total of eight bedrooms. All the rooms are large but are for single occupation only because of the HMO regs.
On the 1st floor there is a huge dining-kitchen with two sinks, two cookers, two washing machines, three fridge freezers, table & chairs. On the same floor there is an enormous lounge with views to the castle, a shower-room, toilet and four bedrooms.

On the 2nd floor there is another shower-room/toilet and a further four bedrooms.

We are a mixture of nationalities from around the world e. g. Portugal, France, Germany, Spain & England

We are looking for someone who wants to stay LONG-TERM e. g. MORE than 6 months and is happy to help keep our flat CLEAN. If you're happy to leave your dishes in the sink after cooking a meal please don't answer this ad - we don't want to live with you and please don't waste your time and ours by asking if you can stay short-term, or one semester, you can't, this is our home, it isn't a hostel.

No animals are allowed and NO SMOKERS please, that includes VAPERS!

The rent is £520pm, the C/T is £40pm. If you are a student you would still need to pay your share of the council tax because we are working professionals.

The deposit is £600.
The bills are approx £15pw in winter and £8pw in summer.

We have a private landlord so there are no agents fees to pay. The landlord's registration Number is 07400/230/18580.
