About the flat
You'll be sharing the kitchen, living room and bathroom with me. My two children (aged 13 and 20) study away from home and are usually only here during holidays.
The household also includes Luna, my friendly cat, and occasionally Chocho, my shared dog.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and happy to live in a friendly home rather than simply rent a room. Ideally, you'll enjoy having your own space but also be happy to have the occasional chat or shared meal.
I'm looking for someone who:
- Is tidy and cleans up after themselves.
- Is environmentally aware and mindful of shared resources. Although bills are included, I'd like someone who naturally avoids unnecessary waste of electricity, heating and water (for example, being sensible with energy use rather than treating utilities as unlimited).
- Respects a calm, restorative home environment.
- Has common sense and communicates openly.

Because the flat is cosy, I would prefer someone who doesn't work from home full-time.
No smoking.
No couples.
Single occupancy only.
