Sunny double in spacious Marchmont flat

Hi all!
We are looking for a third person (23-30yrs) to join our big flat in the middle of Marchmont from the start of December.

You’ll be living with Becky and Forester, two professionals (space and electrical engineer), aged 23 and 27. We’re looking for someone who can add to our vibe, and who treats the house like a home rather than a crashing place.

Looking for someone who is super clean (there is a cleaning rota), relaxed, and considerate of others’ private spaces. Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home, but has a 9-5 style job. The flat is calm and friendly (not a party flat), with most of us doing our own thing but sometimes hanging out: we are a sporty flat (gym/hiking) and enjoy wee trips to the pub, movie/game/wine, music, arts, pub quiz, cheese nights, and anything outdoorsy!

The room is a beautiful, large double bed, fully furnished (as is the rest of the place) with lots of natural light. We have a shared garden out the back of the flat too. The flat is in a great location—10-minute walk to the University of Edinburgh, George Square, and right by the Meadows. Rent is £955 plus bills and council tax (Band E), which averages out about £90/month. You must be a professional or postgrad willing to pay council tax. Deposit is £1129. We are a non-smoking flat and LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️‍🌈. Sorry but no pets. Preferably 1 person but open to couples.
