Cozy room for rent in Marchmont

We have a double bedroom available from the 1st September (flexible for earlier dates) in our lovely Marchmont flatshare. We are ideally looking for someone to stay long-term, as we have been staying in this flat for a couple of years now.

The room is facing a quiet street, it's bright and airy, and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, coffee table and drawers (desk available if needed).

The flat has 4 bedrooms and a full sized living room, where we love watching TV and catching up over a drink. We have a spacious kitchen, which easily accommodates 4 people, and a shared bathroom. The building has its own garden and parking is available for residents on the street.

In terms of location, the flat is well situated with the Meadows just around the corner and shops nearby. We’re also in 5 minutes walking distance from bus stops with direct connections to town.

We are a very relaxed and social flat, while everyone has their own routine, we also love playing board games or cooking a dinner together. We like to keep our place nice and tidy, so we’re looking for someone with a similar attitude.

Regarding bills, it’s normally around £125/month including broadband, council tax and gas/electricity. We are tax band E and looking for professionals for council tax reasons.
