Two Rooms Available in a 6-Bed Marchmont Flat

Hello! We’re looking for two people to take over the tenancy of two rooms in our lovely 6-bedroom flat in Marchmont.
🏡 The Flat
The flat is modern, spacious and full of natural light. We also have a shared garden with a picnic table and BBQ, perfect for enjoying the warmer months. The shared living spaces are cosy, welcoming and kept nice and tidy.
The flat has four bathrooms in total, with two en-suite bedrooms and two additional bathrooms, each shared between just two rooms.

🛏️ The Rooms
Both rooms come furnished with a desk, wardrobe and double bed, with under-bed storage. Each room also has a large window overlooking the garden, making them lovely, bright spaces to call home.

Bills
The WiFi is included in the rent but council tax (£48 each) and energy (£30 each) is paid separately each month. No council tax is due in February or March due to 10 month billing.

💛 The Flatmates
We’re a friendly group of girls in our early to mid-20s who love a good mix of socialising and relaxing. Whether it’s a pub quiz, flat dinner, movie night with a cup of tea, a hike, a run or anything in between, we enjoy spending time together and creating a welcoming home.
We’re looking for two friendly, like-minded young professionals who are hoping to stay long-term and would love to be part of a sociable, welcoming flat.
