Double Room in beautiful flat in Marchmont

I am looking for a new female flatmate in a 2 bedroom flat in Marchmont. Rent is £630 + we split bills each month (approx another £100 each inc internet, but we'll split the actual variable bill each month). The flat has a large kitchen and living room, and is less than a 15 minute walk from Edinburgh university.

I am a 26 year old PhD student in Informatics. So I am ideally looking for another (postgrad) student, but professionals are welcome if you are willing to pay the council tax by yourself (~£120 per month; band E). In my free time, I like to do a lot of crafts such as knitting and sewing.
