The room is South facing and is in a block of flats in a quiet development. Walking distance to the Meadows and Morningside Road, included in the price is a small office. There could be a dog in the flat upto 5 days a week. The room includes a bed, tv, desk, fitted wardrode, chest of drawers own cloakroom but sharing a bathroom with another tenant. Kitchen will be shared by myself and the other tenant. There is also a little office available. Plenty of storage in the kitchen. No couples.
