Description
Pictures came from the Landlord but more available on request.
Looking to replace a flatmate who is moving out.
The flat has beautiful classic features, and has been tastefully redecorated into a beautiful modern flat.
You will be joining me (30y/o male professional) and Laura (professional) We’re busy but outgoing, friendly, clean and respectful.
We’re preferably looking for another young professional to join us, students are welcome but must contribute to council tax. Being clean and respectful is essential!
Please get in touch if you’d like to see more photos, have any questions, or would like to arrange a viewing. (We may not reply for a few days both having full time jobs, thanks for your patience!)
We prefer viewings during weekdays after 6pm on mon/tues/thurs but can accommodate weekends or other times if necessary.
Thanks
Marty/Laura
