1 comfortable double room is available from the beginning of September in a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood of Merchiston, within 5mins walk of Morningside cafes, 13mins from Haymarket train station, and 20mins to the centre of town. The house has two bathrooms (each with a shower), kitchen, and a comfy living room for everyone to use (but not for work from home).

Ideal for single young professionals (Resident Doctors, PhD students, etc) who need a warm and welcoming place to call home. Would most suit someone new to Edinburgh who is looking for a starter place for up to year. The other lodger is a female in her mid 20s so would be good for her to have a pal.

I work between Edinburgh and London (where my partner lives), and I travel frequently. Looking for friendly, clean, and respectful lodgers to make use of the space.
