The house has two bathrooms (each with a shower), kitchen, and a comfy living room for everyone to use (but not for work from home when others in the house... each room has a desk when others at home).
Ideal for single young professionals (Resident Doctors, PhD students, etc) who need a warm and welcoming place to call home. Would most suit someone new to Edinburgh who is looking for a starter place for up to year. The other lodger is a female in her mid 20s so would be good for her to have a pal.
I work between Edinburgh and London (where my partner lives), and I travel frequently. Looking for friendly, clean, and respectful lodgers to make use of the space.
