- Kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher.
- Bathroom has a bath/shower.
- Living room is bright and large with a TV.
- Communal garden which is west facing and well looked after.
- Parking is permit holders only but there is free parking just up the road.

We are a couple in our 30s, we keep busy and enjoy cooking, hiking and socialising with friends.

We are looking for someone who keeps pretty clean and tidy and likes to spend time keeping busy and active.

The flat is available from 31 October - 30 January for a three month period.

We will be travelling on and off throughout this period.

No couples or pets.
