Morningside single room in shared flat

I am a live in landlord in a first floor flat in Morningside handy for buses shops and close to Napier University Merchiston.
The building is quiet and would suit a person studying or who prefers a quiet environment.
The rent is payable in advance monthly on the anniversary of the date of entry and I require minimum one month notice of leaving.
The sitting room is shared and Irequire the kitchen worktops to be kept clear. There is a small balcony useful for hanging wet washing and a large communal ggarden space. I am sociable and am happy to chat without being intrusive. My interests are mainly in music, I do play acoustic guitar and am happy for friends to sing along although unfortunately I am restricted due to a previous left wrist injury. I prefer to share with a responsible mature pesron who is happy to live quietly or study.
