The living/dining room is spacious and bright. The kitchen offers plenty of space for three people sharing and is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.

We also have a friendly indoor cat, so you'll need to be comfortable living with a feline housemate.

Conveniently located just outside the main entrance, the flat has excellent transport links to Edinburgh City Centre and the surrounding areas.

Musselburgh train station is around a 20-minute walk away, with a bus providing easy access to Queen Margaret University and Fort Kinnaird.

Free parking and nearby EV charging points are available. Several supermarkets are within walking distance, along with a range of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby.
