Room to rent in Musselburgh

Hello, I have a spare room to rent in my flat in Musselburgh. The flat has 2 bedrooms, large bay window living room, galley kitchen, office and garden. On street parking. I"m 5 minute walk from the train station, with train links to central Edinburgh in 7 mins, and links to East Lothian.

The spare room has an Ikea day bed in it that pulls out into a double. It's ridiculously comfy! I'll be putting in a rail for clothes and a dresser for storage also.

I work from home, (researcher/lecturer in animal behaviour at Edinburgh Uni), so Ideally you're out of the house during the working week. Also, I have a wee dog, she's 6 month old puppy, so you'd have to be into dogs to some degree!

When I'm not working I'm out hiking, surfing, gym, swimming, camping etc. I like a drink occasionally, pretty sociable, but also respectful of space as I definitely need my own!

Rent is £450, plus extra £100 for bills including G&E, broadband and Council Tax
