I am looking for a lodger to rent my spare double room in Musselburgh. Looking ideally for someone who has similar interests, and keeps a tidy and quiet flat!
Bills included in the lodger fee. There would be an uplift in lodger fee for non-students in order to cover council tax.
Musselburgh is a great area - nice and quiet with great transport links into Edinburgh (the flat is close to Musselburgh High Street where these buses run). There is also communal parking in my development, but with no assigned parking space for my flat.
