Double Room Available: Musselburgh

Me and my flatmate Amy McRae are currently looking for a girl (ideally student, but anyone around our age:
21) to rent out the 3rd room in our flat, which will be vacant from Nov 30th!
We live in Musselburgh, overlooking the racecourse.
There's a bus stop at the top of our road and it's about a 5-10 min walk to the main high street!
We're both 3rd year Theatre and Film students at Queen Margaret university and are very social flatmates! We love spending our evenings on the sofa watching a sitcom and drinking a cup of tea, and of course are always up for the odd night out! We're both tidy and are happy if our new flatmate would like to join us in all our endeavours or simply keep to themselves.
Rent is £465 pcm (not including bills) and the flat is tully furnished apart from the bedroom our new flatmate would be moving into!
I've added photos of the room below, but remember the furniture is not included! The room is the largest in the flat (double size) and comes with a built in sliding wardrobe and mirror.
The flat is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and dish washer, so very convenient!
