We are looking for a mature student/young professional who would like to share a flat in a ground floor unit 5mins walk to Edinburgh Uni, George Square and the Old Town. Our existing tenant is a female young professional, so would like to find a female flat mate who is tidy and clean and will be mindful of the current tenant’s need to sometimes sleep at odd hours as a result of her shift work as a junior doctor.
The available bedroom is a single room with a walk in wardrobe/storage cupboard, shared shower room, fully fitted kitchen and living space. The flat has modern electric heating and an electric power shower.
Broadband is available to share with current tenant .
Utility bills will be shared too and if you are a student, you will not need to pay council tax, otherwise council tax is Band C split with current tenant.
The flat is conveniently located for local shops around the Nicolson St,, St Patrick Square, Buccleuch Street area. And walking distance to Princes St, the New Town, Waverley Train Station and to Bus Station and many bus/tram routes.
Interested tenant must have previous landlord reference, employment or university letter and right to stay in UK verification documents.
