We're looking for 2 new flatmates ASAP (ideally female students)! The flat is in Newington, super close to George Square and bus connections. We have a spacious living room and a recently renovated bathroom (so no mold!).
Rent is £675 per month (bills typically around £30-40 each), and the deposit is £250.
You will be sharing the flat with two undergrad students (4th year), and we would ideally prefer someone quiet and tidy. As mentioned, a female student is ideal but if you are willing to cover council tax we would love to have you! References are preferable
