We're looking for a flatmate! The flat is in Newington, super close to George Square and bus connections. We have a spacious living room and a recently renovated bathroom (so no mold!).
Rent is £675 per month, bills are typically around £30-40 each, council tax is £57ppm, and the deposit is £250.
You will be sharing the flat with two young professionals and one masters student, and we would ideally prefer someone quiet and tidy. A female young professional is ideal but if you are a student willing to cover council tax, we would love to have you! References are required.
