The comfortable, peaceful room has a double bed and looks out into the pretty cottage garden. The bathroom with shower is right next door. You will have full use of the kitchen for cooking and there is a small private sitting room for you. You will be sharing with me and an adorable, black Labrador dog, Fergus. My partner also stays sometimes.
Carlops has a good bus service to Edinburgh and wonderful walking from the doorstep into the Pentland Hills.
We are also open to a Mon-Fri let for a reduced rent.
