Furnished double room in a 2 bed flat in the heart of beautiful Stockbridge.
The room comes with a comfy double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside table. There isn't a desk but there is room for one if you need it (where the green bench is in the photo).

There's a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and utility room (inc. dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.). There is also free car parking.

I'm a live in landlord, so I'm looking for a friendly, tidy lodger to share my flat with. It’s a relaxed, comfortable space, and I’d love to find someone who’s got their own routine - ideally out at work or studying during the day.

I’m sociable and always up for a chat or a glass of wine now and then, but I also value a bit of quiet and personal space. It’d suit someone easygoing, considerate, and looking for a nice place to come home to rather than a busy shared flat.
The location is absolutely awesome. Stockbridge is one of the most popular areas in Edinburgh and there are loads of amenities right on the doorstep, including shops, cafe's, restaurants, bars/pubs and Inverleith Park. It's also only a 10min walk to Princes Street and there is a bus stop right outside.
