Warm and bright double room available in large townhouse, sharing with three young(ish) and clean, non-smoking professionals. Stockbridge/New Town area, approx. 15-20 mins walk from Princes Street Gardens and Waverley station. We're just a couple of minutes away from Stockbridge Market; close to the Water of Leith, Inverleith Park and the Botanic Gardens; and have access to a couple of nice private gardens.

Seeking m/f 25+ year old professionals or mature students. We've eclectic interests, ranging from outdoor pursuits, reading, movies, travelling etc.

Rent amount given includes regular bills but not the variable utilities, which we try to keep to a minimum- but a four way split helps.
