Room in Wallyford, just 15 minutes by train to Waverley Station and with many buses going to Edinburgh city centre. It’s perfect for someone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to live, while still being very well connected to the city.
I’m Spanish, working full time, so I would be looking for someone quiet, respectful, clean and easy-going. This is my home, not just a house to rent, so I’m looking for someone who will appreciate a relaxed and friendly home environment.
I have two Spanish Mastiffs 🐶🐻‍❄️, so having a genuine love for dogs is a must. They are very much part of the family. They are big, lovely dogs, but obviously they also mean that there will always be some dog hair around the house, no matter how much I clean!
I’m vegetarian, so no meat can be cooked in the kitchen. I’m looking for someone who is happy and comfortable with this house rule.
The house has a lovely garden, lots of plants and plenty of natural light, and I’m looking for someone who will treat the house as a home and keep it clean and respectful.
£600 per month, bills included.
