Our family will be moving to France as soon as a tenant is found. Our children will be going to school there.
Anyone who takes on the spare room will have the place to themselves until June. We will be back in the house, sharing the kitchen and garden with you for the summer, that is, possibly June, and certainly July and August. We are 6 people: a married couple (man and wife) with four children ages 1 to 8. Quite loud, but usually quiet after 8 or 9pm!!

Bed frame or no bedframe as you wish, dressing table, chest of draws and freestand cupboard all available as needed. Landing, stairwell and bathroom with toilet, bath and electric shower over bath. Sitting room with large wood burning stove. All for exclusive use of tenant.
We haven't had wifi for a while - we've just been using phones and hotspoting. Nothing against you arranging wifi, cost down to you.
