We have a fantastic double ensuite room opening up in our spacious six-bedroom house. It is a really comfortable setup, perfect for working professionals. We share a great communal living room and a modern kitchen that is fully equipped.

Rent is totally straightforward with all your bills, council tax, and fast broadband included in the price. We also have a lovely private garden which is great for relaxing.

You will not have to worry about the deep cleaning either, as a professional cleaner visits every week, and a gardener comes monthly to keep everything looking fresh.

We are looking for a friendly, full-time employed housemate to join us. Just a heads up that this room is for single occupancy only, so no couples or pets, please. We will also need to run quick affordability checks.

To secure the room, we ask for a holding deposit of one week's rent while referencing is sorted. For the main deposit, you can either go with a standard five-week cash deposit or use a Zero Deposit Guarantee if you prefer.
The TV licence is not included in the rent.
