Hi, we are looking for a replacement tenant for a 4th housemate in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom + 1 toilet house. The house has a nice sized lounge, garage, and a patio garden. The estate has plenty of free parking space. We are a 30 min walk to UEA and 4 min from the bus stop which connects to the city centre and campus. Bills are 119 per month with Uni Homes and the end of tenancy date is negotiable with the landlord.
