Room to support rent costs

Single room to rent but can be moved in to double if wanted
I can provide single bed mattresses bedding wardrobe but the rest would need to be provided

All bills included

Parking
Shared bathroom and kitchen

Can have own lounge but furniture would need to be provided

I do allow smoking but restricting others
Also rent contributions need to be paid weekly

I will provided basics toiletries but not foods

I respect my surrounding peoples so not loud music or lots of peoples round … I don’t mind friends around but respect is key
