Room in friendly bungalow

Looking to rent the room in my bungalow, in a nice quiet road. Bungalow is nice and tidy, in a well maintained condition. Nice sized double room. Nice garden. Im looking for someone respectful, that works, is clean and tidy and respectful of the furniture in the house and someone that would treat it as their own home.

I’m polite and friendly, want the person to feel as though it’s there home and can use all parts of the property as if it was there own. Will post pictures on request if needed
