About our room:
This cozy and quiet double room only a few walking minutes away from Braydon Water nature reserve / train station and ca 15 walking minutes from the sea front.
The room is on the first floor and is fully furnished.
Main bathroom is off the Master (our bedroom) and has underfloor heating shower over jacuzzi bath.
Downstairs separate WC with hand wash basin.
Access to main bathroom is through the master bedroom.
Our kitchen fitted with a gas stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave, offers all the essentials despite its compact size and would be ok to use for warming up foods.
For your laundry needs we offer a washing machine and a tumble dryer located in our outdoor utility shed plus washing lines in the garden for those breezy summer days.
Garden and patio are available for you to enjoy.
Wifi (300MB) and all bills are included along with essentials (e. g. toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen towels).
The bus stop, railway station and shops are only a few walking minutes away.
We live with our wonderful two large dogs together in this household.
