It is situated on the first floor of a three storey building. There are 9 other residents, mixed male and females. Heating is by way of radiators by Gas Central Heating and the room has a laminate floor.

The house has 3 shower rooms with toilet and 1 separate toilet.

There is a local bus stop outside, 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the town centre.

All utility bills are included in the weekly rent including free superspeed broadband.

We would prefer a long term tenant to make this room into a home. however we only have a minimum stay of 3 months.
