Large double bedroom, in quiet house

The room for rent is a large recently decorated double on the first floor, there is a walk in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. The shared bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower attached. Use of a sitting room is available if required. Use of kitchen with oven, hob, and a fridge. There is freezer space available in the garage.
There is off road parking and the house is very private behind walled gardens, and has been extensively modernised and redecorated recently. There is a front garden and a rear garden with a pond, and if you have green fingers that will be a bonus!
I am looking for either a male or female, who is quiet and respectful. I am a fairly quiet and reserved person who also likes a chat on the odd occasion, I also have cats but they are not allowed in the rooms listed above (unless the tenant chooses to have them in), with the exception of the large kitchen where of course they eat.

All household bills are included. Personal items including food etc are not included.

I am looking for a quiet and respectful person with the ability to get on with other people living in the house. Someone who keeps their room, and especially any shared areas tidy and clean after use.
