Your own space supplied new units, microwave, hob, fridge freezer, extractor. Point for washing machine you would have to supply or rent unit as past lodgers damage mine.

All bills covered fair use. Electric is on a meter you would be liable to cover this monthly. The entrance is shared but otherwise I won’t disturb you with curtains & locks I just use the utility room to top up salt for the home.

No parking sorry use road few steps away. Unloading is fine.
Garden is private besides one day a week for laundry.

I’m a quiet kind easy going professional having rented around uk met great people. Having hosted most have been lovely but I’ve also had awful experience so allergic to chaos or drama.

The room upgrades have been hugely expensive I just want the space enjoyed and no drama for anyone.

I pay council band b, water, tv, other costs. Room to be returned in good order. I can supply a few items or unfurnished your choice.
