2 Rooms To Let - Designer Lodge

We have a very high specification Lodge in the heart of Harleston, I am a live in landlord in the main cottage.

The Lodge is 70m2 high specification, own entrance, dining room, clean bright rooms, newly painted, fibre optic, walking distance to shops, gym etc.

Furnished Studio you just have to supply your own bedding.
One Bathroom for 2 rooms.

Professional preferred, Reference & Guarantor required due to problems when renting in the past. I am a friendly and genuine landlord and offer something special having rented many times in my early career.

The Lodge has no parking that is 2 minute away by foot free parking and sorry no en-suite. All bills are covered but on fair use, had problems with abuse so we would agree a fair level of electric.

I do airbnb in the main cottage so the odd booking I will need access in the day now and then for use of washing machine or to heat up some food but your main living space is private and exclusive for the 2 persons.
