* Dog is a small lap sized blond, Lhasapoo cross. Share with someone else so she will only be in the property 50% of the month. She is 8, hypoallergenic and does not shed. She is very friendly & well behaved and has been trained well. Loves canoeing and paddle boarding. She may bark when the postman or Amazon driver arrives but only to alert you to your parcel. She loves cuddles and play but will not get under your feet.

About you: Looking for someone who is friendly, thoughtful, considerate and tidy. Would consider smoker if smoking in the garden ok.

About the tenancy: Tenancy agreement will be in place for min 3 months subject to completed references and checks. Tenants can then roll this over or have another put in place. Happy to provide longer tenancy agreement if required. Your damage deposit will be placed in a deposit scheme and returned when you leave.
