Double bedroom in 4 bedroom brand new House

Hi,

I have a double room available in a 4 bedroom brand new house. The room has a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and computer desk. Good size room. All bills inclusive in the rent.

You will have access to other areas such as the kitchen, living room, the study and the garden. Parking is also available.

I am ideally looking for a female lodger due to others within the household being female. I need somebody who is clean, laid-back and friendly! No pets and non-smokers preferred due to allergies.

I work Monday to Friday but looking for someone who will keep the silent atmosphere and also be part of the household. This room is unfortunately not syitable for a couple and I'm ideally looking for a working professional.

The house is in north lynn in a quiet new estate quite near a popular gym, Lynn sports and approx. 10 minutes drive to QEH and 5 minutes drive to the train station. It is also within walking distance into tye town centre. My room which is on 3rd floor has another bathroom meaning I will not be sharing the bathroom with you.
