I am looking for a working lady to rent my spare room. It is a comfortable single room furnished with a bed with brand new bedding, a chest of draws and wardrobe. You would be sharing my home with myself and one other lady. We live a peaceful lifestyle and I am looking for another working lady who is looking for the same.

You would be sharing the kitchen and wet room. You are also welcome to enjoy the garden. All utility bills and Wi-Fi are included. If you would need to park your car I would need time to to apply for a permit for you.

I am situated in the NR1 Lakenham area of Norwich. Close to shops, bus stops and the ring road, 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

Myself and my present lodger both work and live a peaceful lifestyle and like to keep our home clean and tidy.

£90 p. w. one months rent in advance + £90 returnable deposit.
