Lowrent for Female, babysitting 1 or 2 nights/week

I am a full time single Dad with a brilliant 6 year old daughter, whose mother lives in France.

The arrangement is very simple: you get a beautiful double room in an amazing wooden water Mill on the river, with river views from the window (for £250 incl. all bills) in exchange for babysitting one or two nights a week so I am able to go out now and then and my daughter has a regular routine with a housemate babysitter she knows well.

We are a sociable house, I also rent one room out on AirBnB, and entertain friends and family regularly.

The house has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, as well as a magical riverside garden full of nature and wildlife.

There’s parking outside and a very regular (twice hourly) swift (20 minutes) bus service to Norwich, so a car is not essential.
