I have a 2-bedroom semi-detached house with car port (enough space for 2 cars) and garden.
Available is a large double bedroom with shared bathroom, kitchen etc.
All furniture in room will come out except large wardrobe with shelves will stay and a cupboard in room for storage.
Looking for someone employed full time and who likes cats also. Bills would be included in price. Looking for possibly 6 months to a year stay.
I stay at the house 1/2 nights a week and at my partners the rest of the time.
No friends or visitors in house please.
