Single, postgraduate only - no deposit required

This is a fully furnished, 6 bedroomed house which features business broadband, a twice monthly cleaner and a gardener. All bills are included in the monthly payment.

Together with six bedrooms there are two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a brand new fully equipped kitchen (not featured in the video, sorry!) and a large back garden and patio which backs onto a wood.

We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. Two bedrooms are taken by two male, English postgraduate students.

There are no tenant fees and no deposit; only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the contract. We do require a guarantor, but they don’t have to be from the UK.

The only remaining bedroom is bedroom 3 in the video and the contract can begin anytime in September.

We also have properties on Chestnut Hill and Leng Crescent.

We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
