Room to let midway between UEA and City

A comfortable study bedroom to let in this peaceful and friendly home.

Rent includes bills and high-speed wifi. (Plus council tax for non-students). Washing machine, dishwasher, shared bathroom with electric shower and bath, 2 separate WCs, new boiler, etc. Also carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. Locks on bedroom doors.

If you're vegetarian, even better, but it's not essential.
It's a 25-minute walk into town and to the UEA. We are next door to the Community Hospital. We are also on main bus routes to the City and the N&N hospital and not far from the UEA bus route. There is a shed in the garden to secure bikes.

This is a lodger arrangement, so more privacy and less drama than a typical house-share situation. I have had a number of postgrad and PhD students, which has worked well. While we do our own thing, we share the occasional meal and have a bit of friendly chat in passing.

You'll be sharing with me and my dog Robin - a 5-year-old cocker spaniel. We are both friendly and relaxed.
