I am looking for a very clean and tidy person. Must be a NON-SMOKER and willing to take their turn on the cleaning rota. to share a quiet house. 15 mins walk to the city centre on all main bus routes. Warm clean accommodation.

The Room has a single bed, with 1 double free-standing wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, 1 bedside table, 1 computer table 1 full-length mirror, 2 windows.

The large double room has been TAKEN

Every bedroom is lockable with its own key. Every bedroom has a smoke alarm, fire door and TV point for small to medium-sized TVs. No cinema screens please.

Modern well-equipped kitchen, cosy lounge dining room with TV.

Each person has their own fridge but will share a freezer with one other person.
