1 x Double Room To Let in spacious house

1 x furnished double room to let. I am a part time live in landlord I work away from home infrequently. Also small dog and another young female in thr house.

Looking for an easy going clean housemate as they would have use whole house... prefer female but whoever can come and go as they please no drama. shiftworkers, students welcome.

The house is spacious large kitchen and living room and lovely garden. Sky tv & broadband all included

The house is located 15mins walk from the city and a near bus route.. The station is walking distance. There is parking and a nice garden it's very quiet cul de sac despite being near a main road. Aldi and tesco express walking distance.
