It is a nice bright en-suite room for one person in a Victorian end -terrace., shared with 2 other householders, myself Sue, my son Aaron and a cat Tinker! It’s a 20 minute walk to Norwich city centre and a 25 minute walk to UEA. There is a large walk -in shower.. All bills are included. The minimum rental period is 3 months but longer periods are preferred.
There is a washing machine. There Is a sunny garden space and on-road non- permit parking. References from employer and previous landlord are required. Students welcome.
