This is a nice bright en-suite room for one person in a Victorian end -terrace., shared with 2 other householders and a cat.! It’s a 20 minute walk to Norwich city centre and a 25 minute walk to UEA. There is a large walk -in shower.. All bills are included. Periods of less than a month, in addition to the minimum stay period are charged at £22 per night.
There is a washing machine. There Is a sunny garden space and on-road non- permit parking. References from employer and previous landlord are required . Students welcome.
